We chose Belclare Projects after an unfortunate experience with another builder. We needed innumerous repairs including the addition of a structural beam and the tear down and complete rebuild of a bathroom. Due to our past experience we were slightly apprehensive when hiring new builders. To say the hesitancy was unneeded, however,would be an understatement. After our experience with Belclare we plan to hire them again for our next project.

From the outset Maeve was absolutely accommodating and easy to work with. She kept us up to date on her progress as she went along and respected all of our wishes. On one occasion, in fact, she accompanied us to multiple stores in order to source the perfect vanity for our bathroom. Maeve made it a priority to stop by during construction to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied with all decisions and work taking place.

Sean and Liam worked on our house. There is a plethora of reasons to hire BelclareProjects but one of the greatest would have to be these two men. From the day they began work on our house their consideration and respect for us was unmistakable. They informed us of when they would arrive and, without fail,showed up punctually. They are extremely hard and efficient workers while consistently remaining focused on the quality of their work. If they felt any of our wishes could harm the integrity of the construction they always made sure to discuss the potential risk and impact with us while providing various options to solve the issue at hand. What simply cannot go unmentioned is the cleanliness with which they both worked and left our house in the evening. They were aware that we were living in the house during construction and strived to make the experience as painless for us as possible. They were dedicated to giving us exactly what we asked for and much more, while all the time remaining friendly and simply a pleasure to be around. It is worth noting that our rescue dog, who has never allowed a stranger in her vicinity, allowed both Sean and Liam to pet her by the time they had completed the work on our house. That is, in our opinion, a testament to their characters.

It would be simple to continue raving about BelclareProjects, the impeccability of their work, and every person involved in the company. However, simply put, we would recommend Belclare Projects to anyone in need of design and construction without hesitation. We would gladly speak with anyone who has any questions in regards to our experience.
