Originally from Dublin, Maeve Cotter moved to Cork after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from UCD.  Her successful architectural practice concentrated on Cork city and West Cork but in the nineties she began to spend more time on important restoration and conservation projects.

In 2004 she founded Belclare Projects Ltd, a construction business that combines her architect’s training and experience with project management skills acquired on prestigious multi-million euro restoration projects.  With offices in Kinsale and Rochestown, the company is equipped to undertake small and large projects, new build or restoration, and offers additional expertise in sensitive coastal locations where planning management can be particularly crucial.

Belclare Projects Ltd is registered with CIRI (Construction Industry Register Ireland).
